By accessing this website, placing an order or purchasing from ELUXE, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Safety & Compliance information and Product Use Disclaimer.
1. Website Use
This website is provided for customers to review ELUXE product information, safety guidance, size options, pricing, shipping information and available checkout pathways. Customers must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit false information or use it for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
2. Product Purpose
ELUXE products are marketed and supplied strictly as compact machine oil lubricants for mechanical equipment-care, moving-part support, friction reduction and related maintenance applications only.
3. Not for Human Use
ELUXE products are not for human consumption, inhalation, medical use, cosmetic use, food use, body use, intimate use, or any unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised purpose.
4. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing, customers confirm they are buying ELUXE products only for the stated mechanical equipment-care purpose. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, images, size options, safety information, warnings, storage guidance, shipping details and disclaimers before purchase and use.
5. Product Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, bottle size, quantity and shipping option before completing checkout. Product labels, images, packaging, names, catalogue presentation, availability and size options may be updated from time to time.
6. Orders & Payment
Orders may be placed through the available website checkout options. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted for processing. Payments may be processed by approved third-party payment providers where available.
7. Order Review & Cancellation
ELUXE may review, refuse, cancel or refund an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where product availability changes, payment is incomplete, checkout information appears incorrect, delivery details are unsuitable, a product is ordered for an unauthorised purpose, or fulfilling the order may breach our policies, payment-provider requirements or applicable law.
8. Shipping Locations
ELUXE currently accepts orders for delivery within Australia and New Zealand only. Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside Australia or New Zealand may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.
9. Shipping Rates
Regular shipping is charged at $10. Express shipping is charged at $12. These flat-rate options apply to eligible Australia and New Zealand orders where available during checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier conditions, regional access, customs or border processing where applicable, public holidays or operational delays.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, ELUXE may not be able to recover, redirect, replace or refund the parcel once it has been dispatched, except where required by law.
11. Product Availability
Product availability, pricing, images, labels, packaging, descriptions and catalogue presentation may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, ELUXE may contact the customer to arrange a suitable remedy, including replacement, backorder, store credit or refund, where appropriate.
12. Product Safety & Handling
Customers must follow all product-use statements, label directions and safety information. Products should be kept away from children, heat, flames, food, drink, skin, eyes and unintended surfaces, and stored in a cool, dry place.
13. No Technical Advice
Website content is provided as general product information only. It should not be treated as technical, industrial, safety, engineering, legal or professional advice. Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability for their own mechanical equipment-care application before use.
14. Misuse & Unauthorised Use
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELUXE is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, claim, contamination, equipment issue, indirect loss or consequential loss arising from misuse, incorrect storage, incorrect application, alteration, contamination, unauthorised use or use outside the stated mechanical equipment-care purpose.
15. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights
Refunds, replacements and remedies are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand consumer guarantees or any other applicable law.
16. Website Accuracy
ELUXE aims to keep website information accurate and current. However, errors, omissions, image differences, product updates, pricing changes or availability changes may occur. ELUXE may correct website content or order information where reasonably necessary.
