Shipping Policy
ELUXE ships to customers in Australia and New Zealand using simple flat-rate shipping options where available at checkout.
Shipping Locations
ELUXE currently accepts orders for delivery within Australia and New Zealand only. Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside Australia or New Zealand may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.
Flat-Rate Shipping Options
Regular shipping is charged at $10. Express shipping is charged at $12. These flat-rate shipping options apply to eligible Australia and New Zealand orders where available during checkout.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch paid orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary during busy periods, weekends, public holidays, supplier delays, courier delays or operational disruptions.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, courier network conditions, customs or border processing where applicable, regional access, public holidays and events outside our control.
Secure Transit Packaging
Orders are packed securely to reduce movement in transit and support safe delivery through the courier network. Packaging may vary depending on product size, order volume and available fulfilment materials.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect address is supplied, we may not be able to recover, redirect or replace the parcel after dispatch.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact ELUXE through the Contact Us page with your order details. We will assist with tracking and courier enquiries where available.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, intended-use statements and delivery details before purchase. ELUXE products are supplied for mechanical equipment-care applications only.
